Rueda de repuesto atada con cuerdas

Para hacer cuerdas en miniatura se puede usar cuerda de algodon de uso alimentario. La cuerda debe empaparse en cola blanca diluida en agua, se posa sobre la maqueta en la posicion deseada y se deja secar. Cuando seca, la cuerda se tensa y queda rigida y se pega por si misma a la maqueta. Debe pintarse con pintura que no tenga base acuosa y no hay problema en pintarla con esmalte diluido en aguarras.
We need a cotton rope (here rope for alimentary use) and carpentry white glue diluted in water. Rope must be soaked in the liquid and placed on the model. Let it dry.
When rope dries it hardens like a rock and adheres to model itself. It can be painted; not with waterbased paint. Enamel can be diluted in turpentine without any problem.
